Lecavalier Cellars is on a mission to redefine the wine industry through cutting-edge technology, sustainable practices, and, most importantly, the creation of exceptional wines.

Lecavalier Cellars offers special bottlings from some of California’s most important wine regions, including our home in the Sierra Foothills as well as Napa Valley, Russian River Valley and Paso Robles. We craft light and crisp Sauvignon Blanc and Albariño, vibrant Chardonnay as well as delicious Pinot Noir, Barbera, Zinfandel and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Founded by visionary Mike Fournier, our methods are forward-thinking, starting from the winemaking process all the way to our patented wine bottle design that allows for easy recycling. Lecavalier Cellars is a symbol of how technology, innovation, and sustainability can merge to create not just great wines, but a new standard for winemaking.

Our tasting room in Newcastle is conveniently located off I-80 East and the Newcastle Road exit, making us easily accessible from the Greater Sacramento Region, San Francisco Bay Area, Central Valley and Lake Tahoe. Our location makes us an ideal location for wine tasting and wine events in Northern California.
