Lisa Bloom, Volunteer – Lisa is retired from the Community Development Resource Agency at Placer County, is a current member of Soroptomist International and is a foodie at heart, having owned her own Personal Chef/Catering business for a short time post-retirement.  Lisa is currently an uber Sips & Suds Passport user and was responsible for assisting with the Silent Auction at the 2024 Sips & Suds Winemaker & Brewer’s BBQ.

Josh Alpine, Director, Placer County Water Agency, District 5 – Elected in November 2012 to the PCWA Board of Directors, Mr. Alpine represents District 5. This extends eastward from Auburn to Lake Tahoe and the Nevada state line. Mr. Alpine is a community leader. He served ten years on the Colfax City Council, including two terms as mayor. He works as an Electric Transmission System Operator.

Cindy Gustafson, Placer County Supervisor, District 5 – A North Lake Tahoe local and proud Placer County resident for over 40 years, Cindy brings a lifelong passion for community, the outdoors, and good wine. She’s been serving as the District 5 Supervisor since 2019, following a career spanning public service, nonprofit leadership, and local government. When she’s not attending board meetings or community events, Cindy loves spending time with her husband, their three grown sons, and four young grandchildren. She’s also a big fan of Placer’s local wineries and can often be found enjoying a glass of wine with friends or taking in the beauty of the Sierra.

Shanti Landon, Placer County Supervisor, District 2 – Shanti Landon was elected to the Placer County Board of Supervisors in November 2022 after serving as the District Director to Placer County Supervisor Robert Weygandt for more than five years. During her tenure there, she focused on policy analysis and development, constituent relations, and coordinating with various local officials and departments on County issues. She is a Rotarian, a former Board member at Lighthouse Counseling & Family Resource Center, and served as a member of Assemblyman Kevin Kiley’s Civic Advisory Committee before he was elected to Congress.
